Everything You Need for Sunday, August 9, 2026

Hello Everyone!

Do you have items set aside for special use? This Sunday at our South campus, Associate Pastor Valerie Salkeld will ask if we take care of those items any differently than you do other items? What about how we follow Jesus and live as a disciple of Him?

2 Timothy 2:20–26 contrasts the faithful disciple who endures with the deceived vessel. The prepared disciple endures with gentleness, while the deceived and quarrelsome person remains trapped by the enemy.

We all love our phones. Everybody is doom-scrolling! And we all have our favourite apps. At our North campus, Pastor Jeff Edwards will speak about what would be God's favourite social media. Christians know the answer to this. Let’s remember that the Bible is His chosen media for blessing our lives.  Scripture is a required competency for dream disciples. Jeff will use 2 Timothy 3:14 - 4:5 as his scripture reference.

Also at our north site, we'll celebrate Communion. If you plan to join us online, please have your elements ready so that you can participate with us.

We offer Sunday School (Discovery Zone) - PreK through Gr 6 at our north campus.
