Child & Volunteer Protection Plan Application

If you are interested in volunteering with our Discovery Zone or ROC programing, please follow these three easy steps:

1. Submit your application below. Staff will check your references and then contact you with a volunteer letter to use for your police information check.

2. Submit or Apply for a police information check (see instructions below).

3. Attend a CVPP (Child & Volunteer Protection Plan) training session.

Email a copy of a current Criminal Record Check to Gwynne Holder. (Must be dated within the last 3 years.)
